Kansas City is not located in Kansas because it was actually founded in the state of Missouri. The city was established at the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri rivers, and its name was derived from the Kansas River. However, the majority of the city is situated in Missouri, with only a small portion extending into the state of Kansas. This has led to some confusion over the years, but the city's primary location and governance remain in Missouri. **

Kansas is a beautiful state with its vast prairies, rolling hills, and picturesque sunflower fields. It also has a rich history, including its role in the Wild West and the Civil War. The people are friendly and welcoming, and the state offers a slower pace of life compared to larger cities. Overall, I think Kansas is a charming and underrated state with a lot to offer. **

No, the hunting license does not include the fishing license. These are two separate licenses that are required for individuals who want to engage in hunting and fishing activities. Each license is specific to the type of activity and the regulations and fees associated with each activity are different. Therefore, individuals who want to both hunt and fish will need to obtain both licenses separately. **

It's difficult to say for certain whether the kicker would have scored at the end of the Cincinnati vs. Kansas City game without the penalty. However, given the pressure of the situation and the distance of the field goal attempt, it's possible that the penalty may have had an impact on the outcome. Without the penalty, the kicker would have had a shorter distance to kick from, increasing the likelihood of a successful field goal. Ultimately, it's impossible to know for sure what would have happened without the penalty. **
